Clearer navigation and a consistent look

You can see at a glance which mode you are in, and the tools in “More” are ordered by what you use most.

  • The bottom bar shows the mode colour: white is “For me”, sand is specialist work and Practice, blue is Community.
  • In “More”, “Profile and offer” and “Calendar and prices” are at the top, and each section has at most six items.
  • Colours across the app now use one shared palette, so screens look more consistent.
  • Account protection (two-step sign-in) becomes required 14 days after you start. Until then the setup list only shows the date.
  • Mark a client’s recording consent given outside the app with a single tap: verbally, in writing or another way.
  • If you work on your own, the “Working with a team” screen explains the Practice plan. The practice owner is labelled “Owner”.

See your day as a simple agenda or an hourly timeline. Meetings, tasks and free time are easy to tell apart.

  • The planner shows one week, a short daily summary and compact entries with icons. Red counters help you find busy days.
  • The hourly view preserves meeting and block durations. Tap an empty time to add an entry, or switch to the simple agenda.
  • The booking window starts with time and status. Payment has a short summary; invoice, preparation and notes expand when needed.
  • Choose a service, a new process or the next meeting in a client’s process without leaving the planner.
  • On a phone, date and time sit side by side and the save button stays visible while scrolling.
  • Meeting and task history has smaller entries, simple filters with icons and a consistent date range selector.
